Pleon graduates continue to achieve success as they advance in the sport through college and beyond.
Congratulations to Pleon alumnae Thomas Barrows (Yale '10) and Andrew Schneider (Boston College '09) who have each been named to 2008 Intercollegiate Sailing Association (ICSA) All American teams. Thomas was named a Coed All-American while Andrew was named a Crew All-American. Congratulations to both Thomas and Andrew on their successes.
Congratulations to Pleon alumnae Tomas Hornos who won the Snipe North Americans, Ian Cook for placing 9th in the Finn Olympic Trials, and former Commodore Lisa Keith for winning the Team Racing Worlds, Nationals, and Wilson Trophy as a member of Team Silver Panda.

PARENT INFORMATION
A mandatory parent information meeting will be held at Pleon on Sunday, June 29th at 1830. A parent/student handbook inlcuding class objectives, a summer calendar, regatta schedules and program events will be distributed at that time.
Regatta Participation
Parental support is essential for all sailors participating in regattas. Responsibilities include registering for regattas, chaperoning at away events, providing transport for children, dinghies and coach boats, loading and unloading boats, supplying snacks and drinks, and providing accommodation for coaches while traveling. There will be a mandatory Parent's Meeting for each Race Team early in the season, at which time the regatta schedule and parental coverage will be discussed. If you have questions, please contact:

Instructor Housing
