Pleon recruits candidates from all over the globe and looks for well-rounded sailors who are excited to work with children and young adults to spark a life long love of sailing. There are coaching positions as well as junior instructor positions available each summer. Pleon also runs smaller clinic-formatted programs in the fall and spring.
