Dear Pleon Families & Friends,

The snow is still on the ground but the new club house will be opening its new doors in less than 2 months.  If you have taken a stroll or driven by you will be amazed by the transformation occurring at Pleon.  It's hard to believe when looking at the new building with its curved roof line, that just a few months ago the old building was demolished to make way for our new home. Windover Construction, the construction management company, has worked through rain, snow, and 50 mph winds, to ensure that the new building will be complete in time for the season. They have done a wonderful job and it shows.

We are pleased to say we have raised over $500,000 to date, but we still need $250,000 to reach our goal.  With the help of Pleon families and friends, we are confident we can meet our goal.  If you haven't already, we encourage you to be a supporter of this wonderful new home and regatta center for our sailors, a place of their own where the lessons last a life time.  Please join us in supporting the new building by either visiting the Pleon web site to donate online or send a donation to Pleon Yacht Club P.O.
