The Pleon clubhouse is located at 42 Foster Street, Marblehead Neck, Massachusetts.  The clubhouse is the primary facility for daily program activities and provides both a venue for educational classroom activities as well as social activities thoughout the summer.  The clubhouse facility also extends to the Marblehead harbor waterfront and provides for boat launching at both low and high tide as well as rack storage for Optis on the floats. 

Pleon owns a fleet of club boats which are available for the club's members to use including: 20 International Optimist Dinghies; 4 Lasers, including Full, Radial and 4.7 rigs; and 20 Club 420s, most with spinnakers and trapezes,and others with modified rigs for novice sailors.  The area immediately surrounding the clubhouse provides rack storage for Laser's, Optis and dry sail storage for 420s.  Each instructor has their own coach boat and there is a fleet of inflatable coach boats that travel to regattas to provide on the water coaching during regattas.  

The club recognizes traditional "colors" by having a Flag Committee on duty seven days a week at sunrise and sunset.
